The information on this page will be for the top 3 in each grade that are moving on to the regional science fair (C.I.R.S.E.F.).  As more information is posted by CIRSEF I will update this page.  Once the schools science fair is completed please check this page regularly for updates.  Last year updates were sent out from CIRSEF up to the night before the event. The CIRSEF will again this year be held at the Indiana State Fair Grounds in the 4-H buildings.  A map is located on the downloads page to aid you in locating the building on the grounds.  I would HIGHLY recommend getting to the event early to ensure you have enough time to check in, location your place and set up.  There is a VERY strict cut off time for setup.  If you have not arrived or are in the process of setting up and the setup time ends you can and most likely be disqualified. If you have been chosen to go onto the CIRSEF I would HIGHLY recommend you again look over the rules and ensure you are in compliance with EVERYONE of them.  At the school level we may have missed a violation or misread a rule and did not catch something but the CIRSEF judges will not.  If you have ANY questions regarding a rule and your project please contact me with specifics before the event so that I can get clairification from CIRSEF.
